01What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), the type of enquiry, and your message.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

02Why we collect it

We use enquiry details only to respond to you and to follow up on the requirement you describe. We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

03Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to our team by an email service provider, and the site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only to deliver those services. We may also disclose data where required by Indian law or a lawful order.

04Cookies

The public site does not set tracking cookies. A single strictly necessary cookie is used to keep authorised visitors signed in to restricted areas of the site.

05How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

06Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance about how we have handled it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
